Chromebook Contract Responses

Printable Chromebook Contract

(If a parent cannot fill out the online form)

The printed contract will be turned in to Student's Teacher. The Teacher will have to submit the info for the parent online. 

  • If a student's device is Lost/Stolen, please report it immediately.
  • If the device cannot be located, we will issue a fine for the device.
  • The Parent can request a second device by using this Request Form by clicking here.
